In American families spouse is considered first care giver and adult or children are considered second line (Brody 1981).

Son is considered second, though number of studies show children as first in number of care givers but the maximum number is daughters than sons.

20. True.

57 to 81% of care givers to adults are females world wide (World genral if Psychiatry).
