Cleaning the environment is a fundamental principle to prevent infection. contaminated area can spread the infectious agent throguh out the hospital. disinfectant effectiveness when cleaning up this area provide environmental hygiene. while doing routine cleaning that results sterile environment. when cleaning up biohazardous mess with infectious agent precautions it improves terminal cleaning. Use No-touch modalities for hospital room disinfection including (UV-C)3-5 or fogging with hydrogen peroxide vapor or kist, consider fixed room surface, use aerobic colony counts(ACCs) that culture-based methods for cleaning environmental contamination, use of invisible fluorescent markers on high-touch room surface before cleaning with UV light inspection. Bioluminescence-based adenosine triphsophate(ATP) assay as an alternate method to provide cleaniness. In ATP genomic and polymerase chain reaction based technology can play a major role in effective disinfectant. standard critieria to be used to determine the surface claen on each monitoring modality.
