In thinking about your work setting, do you see the impact that cultural issues have on the care provided? Does the cultural background of the staff match that of the patients? If not, why?
No, in my work setting I don't see any impact of the cultural issues on the care provided because we are trained in such a way that racism or culture or cast is not a priority when the health of an individual is concerned. So, the cultural background of the staff doesn't match that of the patients because there is no need of it even if the patient demands, the staff make them understand that in health care nowadays culture and cast doesn't make any difference and everyone would get the same care under any situations.
