Bell's palsy is caused by viral infection.It is temporary facial paralysis.

As an attending physician I will absorb symptoms such if a patient is drooling,have trouble​ eating, weakness in face.Her inability to make facial expressions if she has headache and dry mouth and ear and have muscle twitching in face.

Using electromyogram I will insert small thin needle through the skin and into the facial muscles and then I will ask if she can move the muscle.This will help me evaluate the weakness in her muscles.

2)There are three extentions of dura mater

a.falx cerebri b.falcon ceribelli. C .tentorium cerebelli.

These extensions duvide intracranial vault in various ways.

Falx cerebri seperates cerebrum 2 hemipheres.

Falcon ceribelli seperates cerebellum 2 hemispheres.

Tentorium cerebelli separates cerebrum from cerebellum.
