A condom is a physical barrier method, we use it during unprotected sex. A condom is mainly 2 types

1. Male condom(Used by a male, which is most common) 2. The female condom (Used by a female, which is less common)

Advantages of condom

1. It is protected from sexual transmitted diseases and infections. (HIV infection and other STD's)

2. It prevents pregnancy.

4. It has no side effects and available everywhere at a very cheaper price.

5. A condom is very easy to use and no medical supervision required during use.

6. You don't have to depend on other contraceptive methods like hormonal pills or IUD's which have side effects on the body.

Disadvantages of Condom

1. It reduces the pleasure of intercourse.

2. It can tear during intercourse and result in pregnancy.

3. The improper technique of use can lead to STD's.

4. Each time a person has to wear a new one before intercourse.

Proper use of a male condom

Keep it on the tip of the penis, it should look like a hat. starts unrolling it(Be careful during unrolling, it can be tear by nail and hair). It should easily unroll if you have any problem in unrolling then check the side. Avoid air entry during unrolling.
