1.intracranial pressure is the pressure of the fluid that runs between brain and spinal cord.when it increases it causes several symptoms like headache,nausea,vomiting,decrease in mental stability,hypertension,loss of consciousness sometimes it can lead to coma.

2 transient ischemic heart disease is called as mini stroke where stroke happens without permanent brain damage.in cva there will be internal hemorrhage inside the brain that causes permanent damage required sometimes surgery.
