Answer: For a good and healthy life, all the nutrients are very necessary for our body. Nutrients keep our body and provide energy to the cells to work properly. Proteins, fibers, vitamins etc are an essential part of our healthy body and mind. There are many vitamins the body needed and out of that one is vitamin D which functions like a hormone, and every single cell in body has a receptor for it. The deficiency causes many problems in our normal life such as frequent getting sick or getting infected with the microbial infection etc. Every time feeling tired or fatigue, not being active while in a young age, having bone or back pain regularly etc.
