Rickets is caused by the deficiency of vitamin D. Deficiency of vitaminD will cause decreased absorbtion of calcium and phospherous. This will leads to rickets.

Pellagra is a deficiency disease caused by lack of vitamin B3 (niacin). Main symptoms of pellagra includes dermatitis, dementia and diarrhea.

Beriberi is caused due to the deficiency of vitamin B1 (thiamin). This is characterized by the impairment of nerves and heart.

Scurvy is caused by the deficiency of vitamin C (Ascorbic acid). The main symptoms includes bleeding from gum, weakness, pain in limbs more common in legs, anemia etc.
