Social determinants of health refer to access to power, money, and resources and the conditions of everyday life, well being of the people of the community.These conditions may enhanc orr reduce the health of a community.

These determinants can be controlled and made favorable for the community through the following steps:

* making social and physical conditions that advance great wellbeing for every one of the general population. For instance, course of action for drinking water offices, convenience, giving instruction to the kids, game plans for medicinal services offices, by including every one of the general population and taking assistance from them.

* Community participation will help to plan and implement social health and promote safe environment for a people.

* Consideration regarding wellbeing disparities will expel such issues and help with helping destitute and needy individuals.Reference

Community- based health promotion based on population, it’s Activity involved towards planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs and strategies...As a stakeholders set health promotion program to determinants of health, health promotion program that have a immediate reaction on people on social and physical settings..it improves their health knowledge, skills and motivation and changes to health action and behavior..Set a new organization, programs and services to promote health, health risk reduction and improvement to the physical environment to protect health and it's policies and changes in practice..
