Sleep is an active process. During sleep the cell repairs and all other body functions restoration happens. Quality sleep will keep individuals fresh and active to perform the daily living activities.

School aged children requires sleep of 9-11 hours, teenagers requires 7 - 9 hours , older adults requires 6-8 hours.

School children- explain or teach the importance of sleep through stories , videos, pictures.

Teenagers - explain the importance of sleep using power point presentation,  Lecture.

Older adults - explain the importance of sleep through PPT or Lecturing.
