Getting adequate sleep - School aged child

There are many sleep problem in school aged children like night time fear,teeth grinding, Sleep talking,snoring etc. To avoid these problems, school aged children needs 10 hours sleep which can help in a good mood and concentration in their study.If these children not taking proper sleep then they may result in memory problems and even become frustrated.So to be in fresh mood these aged children need adequate sleep at night.Even getting adequate sleep it helps in to decrease risk of infection hence their immunity power gets stronger than before.for getting proper sleep child needs regular sleep,turn off computer,mobiles one or two hours before sleep.Some children have bedwetting problem because they takes deep sleep so try to go to washroom before sleeping in night. So taking adequate sleep chilren can achieve good scores in education and strenthens their cognitive capabilities.

Teen age group

To be physically,socialy and mentally healthy teen age group needs 9 hours of sleep at night but only some people takes it. Parents can encourage their child instead of arguing with them to take adequate sleep. Actually teen age group doesnot know about benefits of getting adequate sleep that's why they can't take, if they know about sleep hormone i.e. melatonin which boost up their biological clock which helps in to live healthy life.They can get better memory and can have low risk of obesity as lack of sleep promotes hunger hormone in their body. Lack of sleep can also results in Depression and anxiety disorder which can further results into hopelessness and suicidal attempts So family and social support should there to ventilate their feelings and help in to take regular hours of sleep.

Old age group

As you get old there are some changes in brain due to aging which hinders the adequate sleep so they need atleast 7-8 hour of sleep. Sleep disturbances due to urination,movement disorders and due to aome medications also so it is necessary to take adequate sleep at night which can leads to psychiatric problem in them. So take more sunlight which helps in regulating circadian rythms properly. Adequate sleep also help in to prevent from disease as well as in to repairin any cell damages. It helps in to refreshing yourself and regular exercise and meditation promotes a adequate sleep.
