In the world history ,U.S. always had a highest position in terms of healthcare , military service , information technology etc . Its target is to be in first rows of achievement . The nation's development is wholey dependent on the people living there . The Americans and those who are settled in U.S but are from outside both work hard in their fields to make their country first in rank. Only by the people's effort it can be achieved ,the U.S. government plays a important role in providing specific guidance and support, facilities to the individuals to work efficiently and enables to increase their productivity in every field ,hence leads to nations growth and development.

The education system in U.S. is well advanced ,they don't believe in learning the entire book just for passing the exams and vomiting it out in the exams. The way of their education and training is all practical based . Majority of aspect will be practical and assignment based . Students are given assignment and aslo there is not always strict restriction of time to finish the assignment ,most of the time assignment is to do a research analysis . This helps to students to go out of the institution and conduct research and experiment . All this helps in the physical ,social ,mental development of the students .

This implementation of U.S. teaching and learning in healthcare industry is very much beneficial as it provides exposure to practical procedures and by conducting own researches you are able to develop your own thesis and conclusions . All this helps in providing a well advanced care to the patients with the use of the new findings and technologies in patient care .

In a campus there are students who are from the nation and some are from outside the nation like other countries. To be an effective output team work is very important . Integration between international and domestic students is a vital part to work efficiently for productive outcome like new technologies and procedurers , equipments and accessories , techniques . This has to be achieved from the first day of college ,all the students should be given opportunity to interact with each other to know their different cultures , practises , their way of learning and techniques . This will help in integration of students and hence effective output in terms of growth and development in new technologies like nano technology etc .
