2. Jan, a 28 years old former secretary, awaken one morning to find that she has a tangling in both hands and cannot move her fingers. Two days earlier, her husband has told her that he wanted separation an that she would have conversion of anxiety relates the separation and increase in dependency needs to "paralysis of her finger" so that she is unable to work.
1)Carcinophobia or Cancer phobia.
This is one situation where people starts fearing of having cancer besides when all the reports are within normal limits .

2)Conversion disorder/Generalised anxiety disorder
Here the patient goes in a stage of anxiety that she will be separated from her husband.
The triggers of seperations made her feel mentally disturbed to a stressful state.Out of this she is struggling to desire to hurt someone and the conversions disorder making her feel paralysed ,not moving her finger and thereby cannot do the desire to harm .Uncontrollable movement is one she is experiencing now.This has to be fine tuned to reverse her.
