Answer: Everyone has right to take decision of his or her own life. It is not ethically and morally accepted that women should go sterilization to get the welfare money. There should be no connection between the sterilization and the Medicaid amount.
Answer: According to me, mentally impaired woman should be sterilized. The reason is that she won't be able to takecare of her child as she is mentally disabled to takecare of herself then how she will take care of her child. If there would be pregnancy then might be the chances of mental disorder occurs and affect the child also. So it is better to get sterilized.
This is the reason as Josephine have to pay the amount of money it cost to raise and support Greg because it was biologically impossible for Jerry to have fathered Greg.
