Determine the magnitude and direction of velocity of the point E (VE in m/s) of the bell crank lever (DO2E) by instantaneous center method. (Hint: Determine the fixed and obvious instant centers by inspection, first, and then I13 and I15 by using a circle diagram based on link numbers and by applying the Aronhold Kennedy's theorem. Use appropriate measuring and drawing tools in order to be as accurate as possible!)
