- Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
Example - if you have employees in your setting from different cultures and parts of the country and they are different in terms of culture , colour , language etc then treating them equally in terms of rights and dignity without differentiation between them because of colour caste creed etc is the best way to ensure rights of an individual .
