Answer #1

ANSWER.

* Calculation of how much (mg) iron is delivered in one dose.

          Formula

              Volume(ml) = Desired dose/Dose in hand * Quantity.

        So

            Desired dose(mg) = Volume(ml) * Dose in hand (mg)/ Quantity.(ml)

   Here

          Volume(ml) = 17 ml.

Dose in hand (mg) = 30 mg.

              Quantity (Q) = 1 ml

As per above formula

             Desired dose (D) = 17 * 30 / 1

                                            = 510 mg.
