Answer #1

ANSWER.

* Calculation of how many days dose would provided by 5 vials.

        Volume(ml) of solution required per day.

           Volume(ml) = Desired dose/Dose in hand * Quantity

        Here

              Desired dose = 0.1 mg/day.

              Dose in hand = 1 mg

                   Quantity = 1 ml

        As per above formula

               Volume(ml) = 0.1/1 * 1

                                   = 0.1 ml/day.

       Each vial contain 1 ml of solution

    So

       Total volume of solution present in 5 vials = 5 ml

   Number of days would provided by 5 vials = Total volume/ Volume required per day.

                                                                        = 5 / 0.1

                                                                        = 50 days.
