The Client receives Vitamin B12 1000mcg by intramuscular route everyday.

1000mcg = 1mg

Available vial is 0.2 mg/ml I.e 200mcg/ml

200mcg * 5ml = 1000mcg

So, the nurse should administer 5ml per dose.

Up to 5ml, you can give by intramuscular route. So, It's ok to give 1000mcg of vitamin B12 in one dose.
