Solution:

If a used car is bought by the government is damaged within the 6 months of the purchase, then there is no legal action that can be taken against the seller if the used care is bought with no warranty. Also, if the warranty period is not over as per the manufacturer's warranty the warranty is not transferable to the new owner in most cases. In cases of buying a used car generally, aftermarket warranties are provided by third parties other than the manufacturer and if such a warranty is available with the used car bought by the government then the aftermarket warranty will be applicable.

However, no legal action is bound on the seller if it takes 6 months for the used car of the government to be damaged.
