Answer #1

2. The Statement of Owners' Equity contains the capital contribution of the owners in the bifurcated format.

Answer: Statement of Owners' Equity

3. Profit Margin Ratio = Net Income/Revenue

                           0.10 = 0.10/Revenue

                    Revenue = 0.10/0.10 = 1

Revenue is credited to the retained earnings at the closing entries. Retained earnings is a part of shareholders equity. In the question nothing is mentioned about the other components of the shareholders equity, thus revenue is assumed to be the only component.

Answer: 1

4. Payout ratio = Dividend/Net income

                0.40 = 40/Net income

   Net income = 40/0.40 = 100

Answer: 100

5. Dividend Payout ratio gives the proportion of the net income paid to the shareholders.

Dividend Payout ratio = Dividend/Net income

Answer: None of these

As per policy, I can solve four sub parts of a question.
