Answer: The ADDIE model is the process used by instructional designers and training developers. It includes five phases that are (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). These represent a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools.

In the initial analysis phase, the instructional problem is solved and skills are identified. The design phase deals with learning objectives, whereas implementation occurs while considering all the analyzed data.

PDCA also includes the same process in which both planned work is done, whereas plan define the problem to be addressed, collect relevant data, and ascertain the problem's root cause and then develop and implement a solution. After this checking the results and the data, then finally act which includes the recommendations. The ADDIE is the traditionally model and was came before the PDCA.
