Answer #1

Answer: Plan-DO-Act PDCA is a four-step model used to change for better implementation. The PDCA is the plan, do, check, and act as this model check the implementation as well as improving processes.

1.Plan. Before doing something we should plan and gather more and more information about the things we want to do as first identify and understand the problem.

2. Do. Once a good solution is identified, test it on a small-scale project. This will enable you to recognize that the solution is good or not. If not then there will be less loss as it was implemented on a small scale project.

3.Check. At this we need to analyze the solution once again before implementing it. Because the analysis is necessary before doing anything.

4. Act. This is the last model where you can implement the solution and monitor the changes.

This is important in medical practice as while implementing any kind of change or to solve the problem. This model helps to decrease the chances of the loss. It is also necessary for the improvement in the health care system.
