Answer: The concept of medical management is vast as it includes many things such as managing the healthcare cost, intervention of the members, patient care cost etc. The case management is somewhat that includes the counseling as well as the proper management along with the delivering the care to the patient. In case management nurses instruct the patient in all the aspects such as billing procedures, healthcare management etc. While disease management include the intervention, assessment of the disease and education to the Patient about the particular disease. The main aim of the disease management is to diagnose, treatment and prevent it from more seriousness.
