The ARM has cap of 2/2/5 so for the first adjustment period, it can increase by a maximum of 2%.

So, the rate will be 4% + 2% = 6%. (option A)

It cannot be index rate + margin (i.e. 5%+2.5% = 7.5%) because it is higher than the current rate + cap which is 6%.
