This study examines the impact of intrinsic motivation, nepotism, management commitment on affective commitment, quit intention, and job satisfaction of frontline employees in the hotel. Motivation is essential for every company, and when the employees are motivated, they work hard to ensure that the goals of an organization are achieved. Additionally, an active management will motivate the employees to work smartly towards achieving the best results. However, when nepotism is practiced in promotions and salary increment, the employees get demoralized. This issue makes them not want to be committed to their jobs since they believe that the management will use nepotism when making promotions. Practicing nepotism may also make employees quit a job as there is no morale. A competitive business environment requires firms to develop competitive advantage through providing excellent services. Therefore, when designing a human resource policy in an organization, it is critical to ensure that nepotism is not practiced. If an employee quits because of nepotism, replacing them may cost the organization a lot of money. Training and recruiting them to get satisfactory performance may be costly and time-consuming. Furthermore, when motivating employees using intrinsic motivation, the behavior is more important as it makes employees want to demonstrate excellent goal attainment than the ones who are less motivated intrinsically. The success of the customer-employee relationship depends on the level of motivation they get.

Their is wide Impact of intrinsic motivation, nepotism, management commitment on affective commitment, quit intention, and job satisfaction of employees in an hotel.Motivation plays a key role in the organisation,Proper motivation to employees will help in acheiving the goals of the organisation. However, when nepotism is practiced in organisations it demotivates emlpoyees which makes them to leave the jobs as their is no morale and as a result the cost of expenditure of the companies to  replace them increases.

In order to avoid all this,while drawing human resource policy in an organization.it should be made clear about the non practise of nepotism in the organisation,which improves the morale of emlpoyees.
