Hence people are suffering as it is charging higher price for very less amount of services. Also it's service quality is not upto the mark dye to lack of competition. One more problem with this monopoly behaviour is that customers complaints are not seriously taken into consideration. As such I request you to look into the issue and proceed according to the law of land.
