Three medians of the trinagle PQR, namely AP, BQ, CR intersect each other at the centroid of the triangle which is M.  The centroid is twice as close along any median to the side that the median intersects as it is to the vertex it emanates from.

Which means, AM : PM =2:1

Therefore, 102 AM 1
