I need this done in C++

Write a program with three functions: upper, lower, and reverse. The upper function should accept a pointer to a C-string as

  1. No global variables
  2. No labels or go-to statements
  3. No infinite loops, examples include:
    • for(;;)
    • while(1)
    • while(true)
    • do{//code}while(1);
  4. No break statements to exit loops
