Na2SO4 is the formula of sodium sulfate.

molar mass of sodium sulfate is (2*23)+32+(4*16)=142 g/mol.

molarity is the no. of moles per liter of solutions.

and 142 g of sodium sulfate means 1 moles sodium sulfate. 1 M( molarity) of sodium sulfate means 1 mole of sodium sulfate dissolve in 1 liter of solution.

1000 mL of solution dissolve 142 g of sodium sulfate to form 1 M of sodium sulfate

then 1 mL of solution dissolve 142/1000 g of sodium sulfate to form 1 M of sodium sulfate

100 mL of solution will dissolve 142*100/1000 g of sodium sulfate to form 1 M of sodium sulfate.

=14.2 g of sodium sulfate form 1 M of sodium sulfate.
