Ethics play a very significant role in the health profession as it provides a set of moral principles, values and beliefs that guides the health care professionals to maintain standards in making best choices about the health care. There are 4 ethical principles in the health care such as autonomy, beneficence, non maleficience and justice. When these ethical principles are violated it brings ethical issues.
The 2 current ethical issues in health care are:
# patient privacy and confidentiality
This privacy and confidentiality plays a very important aspect of code of conduct whereby each health professional must adhere even when the patient is dead. When the person's right to privacy is being maintained in all their aspects of care it is obvious the client will be best in recovery, similarly when patients are informed about the limitations of the aspects shared with other health care professionals for the benefit of safety and risk free there won't be invasion of privacy. The privacy and confidentiality in the health care influenced by the exact laws which keeps the boundary for an health care professionals to share necessary information with families and their carers in a way they can understand. When the health professionals maintain the privacy and confidentiality with the clients the goals will be met easily and a complete comprehensive care would have reached person, with a very good constructive feedback for further cost benefit analysis. The privacy and confidentiality can be only divulged when there is risk to public.

Terminally ill patient would have had their wishes as how their life has to end. This stage is so challenging because health professional has to look into the pain free death. When the health care professionals handles with the best preparation of end of life with holding the best preference of patients and carers. Though nothing could be done more than what the person gets the compassion, love and dignity what he gets at the end stage make him feel better which also brings health care system to have a best policy in maintaining the dignity in the end care of life to make a person have a peaceful death.
