Many of these people get diverted towards most of the wrong ways where they themselves get hurt and get into depression. The most physical challenges they face as they get intimidated with the opposite gender and get indulge themselves into a big problem such as many STD like HIV AIDS etc. Due to the lack of knowledge they are unavun to know about the situation. They must take precautions before getting intimate.
The emotional challenge they face it the success in their life which they want as early as they finish their studies. But they get emotional and get into depression when they are unable to do so. They need a proper counseling as depression is one of the major problem in the today's world. Due to the social pressure some of the people commit suicide which is not good at all. They must eat healthy food , includes much protein in their food. They should exercise as it will keep their mind healthy along with the body. They should indulge themselves in the social activities such as awareness programs and concentrate on their studies.
