Answer: At the age of 89 person needs more nurtients and calcium to make body strong and capable of living properly. Supplements and other nutritious food is needed to maintain the healthy lifestyle, eating seafood, lean meats, poultry and eggs, to boost the intake of high quality protein, vitamin B12, iron and trace minerals such as zinc, selenium and iodine to prevent anemias, suppressed immune function and thyroid problems in elderly people. Inducing the fluid diet such as juice and citrus fruits contains more and vitamins.
