As you know the relationship between pka and ka and PH anf pka.

So Which molecule having highest ka will show the lowest pka value and that will be the strongest acid among all. And having low PH values .

pH is the negative log of the concentration of hydonium ions (H3O+). In simple terms, less proton concentration = higher pH, so you want to find the solution with the lowest concentration of hydronium ions.

So in above examples according to ka values

HClO2 having highest ka value means it is the lowest pka means it is stronger acid and hence lower PH.

Now HC6H5O having the lowes ka value means having highest pka value means it is less acidic and hence having a higher PH value than others.
