reaction A  \(H_{b}+O_{2} ->HbO_{2}\) =  \(\Delta G = -70kJ/mol\) needs to be reversed to match the equation equilibrium givin, making  \(\Delta G = 70 kJ/mol\) then you add the two equations together to get the overall  \(\Delta G\) .  \(overall \Delta G =70 kJ/mol + -80kj/mol = -10kJ/mol\) Then using the quation

 \(\Delta Gnot=-RTln(k)\) solving for K.

 \(e^{\Delta G/-RT}=K\) we get  \(e^{-10/-8.314x10^{-3}kj/mol*s98K}=56.26\)

or  \(\approx 60\)
