Answer: The early symptoms of the cardiovascular disease includes high blood pressure, restlessness, fatigue etc. The obesity gives rise to many problems and diseases. Obese people are at greater risk of cardiovascular disease.

Jill should include physical activities as well as should adapt healthy lifestyle. She should try to avoid junk food and includes foods which are rich in proteins. This changes can decrease the rate of obesity as well as chances of risk of cardiovascular disease.
