1, pathophysiology of constipation in children making them into more risk factors..most of the children having functional constipation..It is a painful defecation children usually withhold the stools..When they withhold the stool rectal mucosa absorbs water from stool mass, becomes harder and tight when they passes stool it make difficulty..

2, Encopresis is the soiling of underwear with stool by children who crossed the toilet training.. Encopresis related with chronic constipation stool soiling usually physical origin and it is involuntary child do not do this as a purpose..when the child trying to avoid this Encopresis they hold the stool..This 'holding in' habit remains long and make it constipation...

3, nursing diagnosis:

- low self-esteem

- skin breakdown

- pain

- knowledge deficit

- Alteration in elimination pattern

4, physiological cause include little activity, early toilet training,pain, poor anal sphincter control, disturbed coordination of muscle function..
