*Education issues
In the eduaction and medical system there is a lack of standard in
eduactional practices.Most of the health care professionals are
having the theoretical knowledge,but coming to the practical fields
there will be a lack of standardization of practices due to the
educational systems thay have learned.They have to improve or
develop their skills by assisting the superiors or the leaders to
overcome these barriers
*The physical setting
In most of the settings we we can see a background noise from televesions,other staff and patient voices are been a barrier to the transfer of information.The physical setting or the environment they are giving the handoff's of the patient are very crucial.When giving handoffs there are some cases they need more attention needed to ensure a smooth transfer require a physical setting that needs a quiet and calm environment.To overcome the barrier we have to reduces the potential interruptions and background noise.Th esetting should be adequately lighted
*The social setting
In medical education system,the interchanges between the residents and attending physicians,felows,residents from other specialities,and other professional staff such as a nurses each potential for reinforcing differences in status and power.In the educational system the professionals has to work as team.
*Language barriers
We can see a racial and ethnic minorities and persons with limited English proficiency face to barriers to care.When physician/othr health professionals dealing a patient from different ethnic back grounds and those from different geographic reasons face a language barriers.Better to overcome the barrierbetter to available a translator during the communication process
*Medium of communication
One of the utmost barrier is medium of communication whichever we are following.During the communication between the medical staff and patient we have to promotea full range of communication that should be direct with full range of communication channels including facial expression,posture,gesture,smell proximity and eye contact is available to help interpret and make a sense of information being exchanged.
*Time and convenience issues
When dealing with the patient the medical professionals has take adequate time.Then only the patient can convey their problems and issues to the professionals to get a adequate mangement and care.
