Educational requirements for Medical Doctors :

* They must have completed the intermediate in biological sciences, physical science, biological science and chemistry, and human genetics.

* Next they have to complete 4 years under graduate program, like Bachelors degree.

* 4 years spend in medical schools.

* Then 3 -7 years residency training should be complete to get licence as a Medical Doctor.

* Next they can do the specialized course.

Job description for Medical Doctors :

* They can performs the complete health care assessment of the clients.

* They can formulate or diagnose the diseases.

* Advises or Prescribes and provides the treatment plans.

* They can perform diagnostic procedures like intercostral drainage insertion, and diacath insertion for dialysis etc.

* Doctors can advise the clients regarding their health and wellness activities.

* Medical Doctors can do the specialization in dermatology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Neurology ect.

Future opportunities of Medical Doctor :

* There is a lot of opportunities for doctors in future job.

* They can get jobs easily as the population is growing the medical services are very essential for all so that it is a good futuristic profession.

Educational requirements for physician assistants :

* To became physician assistant they must have complete intermediate.

* Next 4 years bachelor's degree programs like B. sc Nursing ect.

* They need one years clinical experience to do for physician assistant course.

* Then they can apply for physician assistant diploma course.

* That is for two years.

* After that they will get licence to perform health care services.

Job description for physician assistants :

* They can do all most all works of the physicians or the Doctors,,like

* Assessment of health condition of patients.

* performs Diagnostic tests.

* They can diagnose the condition.

* They can provide the treatment and plans for I'll patients.

* They can assist in surgery.

* They can council the patients, on preventive health care activities.

* They can promote, quality and cost effective care for society people.

But only thing is the physician assistants should works under the supervision of physicians.

Future opportunities of physician assistants :

* They have the future opportunities like practice independently depending on their experiences and practice, and based on there competence.

* they also have more job opportunities.

Projected future for both :

At least 37% expecting to increasing physician assistants from 2016 - 2026. Because there is a more job opportunities.

Salaries also high for both Medical Doctors and Physician assistants by comparing with other professions.
