From given data,

Set up the hypothesis for the one mean t-test

H₀ : $\mu$ = 3.63

H_a : $\mu$ $\neq$ 3.63

Mean = $\bar{x}$ = 4593

Standard deviation = s = 1.709

The test Statistic is

t = ($\bar{x}$ - $\mu$ ) / (s/sqrt(n))

t = (4.593 - 3.63) / (1.709/sqrt(15))

t = 0.963 / 0.4412619

t = 2.1824

Degree of freedom = n-1 = 15-1 = 14

P-value = 0.0466
