Set up the hypothesis for the one mean t-test

H0 : \mu = 3.63

Ha : \mu \neq 3.63

Mean = \bar{x} = 4593

Standard deviation = s = 1.709

The test Statistic is

t = (\bar{x} - \mu ) / (s/sqrt(n))

t = (4.593 - 3.63) / (1.709/sqrt(15))

t = 0.963 / 0.4412619

t = 2.1824

Degree of freedom = n-1 = 15-1 = 14

P-value = 0.0466
