Leadership issues :

Communication failure : it is the todays ' biggest issue

It is the complexicity of today world that the CEO s to be able to communicate in different levels of tasks

Without proper communication , the person cannot supervise and manage the workers.

Lack of accountability : leader should have accountability about his duty ,he should have the capability to keep the subordinates under control .

Lack of alignment : leader should have idea about objective should complete first and next .

Lack of clear vision : if We are in a organization as a leader We should have clear vision to get the success .

Poor execution : leader should have authority skills and managerial skills .

Other challenges of leadership :

Strengths of leadership in nursing :

Communication skills : in clinical setting the nurse have the very good communication skills and she have the ability to co ordinate with health care team .so that she can maintain her dignity with patient and as well as health care team .

Nurse leaders are the people who have responsibility to guide the trainees to provide quality care to patient .

Emotional intelligence : nurse leaders have good emotional stability .

Nurses have the flexibility with work

Nurse leaders have good problem solving skills and other decision making skills , critical thinking in patient condition .

Nurse leaders are responsible for designing , implementing and evaluating client care by co ordinating ,delegating and supervising the care provided by the health care team at the clinical level.
