I just need a little more clarification on what to include in an assembly drawing. This question is one of the more complicated questions i have come across. I am new to this industry and university has thrown me in the deep end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer #1

In the assembly drawing you'll have to include all the models, but first figure out exactly which part fits where. Check for a normal belt conveyor assembly.

Make the assembly in this manner, first the base and put fix constraint on it, then attach the bush inside the pulley in whihc the shaft will go inside. match the centres of pulley and frame, and make sure the shaft goes through them. Check for the quantities mentioned in the drawings, and the hardware should be assembled at last.
