One of the emerging trends of nursing education is the use of simulations and interdisciplinary education. Simulation is creating an environment or a scenario as same as real ones and act in that so that the person will get same experience of real ones. Even though simulation was invented in 1990's , it was not seen the light for many years but currently it is emerging as one of the trends because it provides a good hands of experience for the nursing undergraduates .

It has become highly difficult to get real clinical placements and it found that using high quality simulators will give the same experience when the old traditional practice of clinicals are substituted. Also the interdisciplinary collaboration also can be implemented through simulated settings. In the early stage itself , train the nurses to work with various domains will help them to achieve a good team building skills and to understand the role of each health care team member when they startexperiencing the reality of clinical practice. So now the simulation is inculcated hugely in the field of nursing education which will help to reduce the time consumption and increase the outcome of performance.
A theory which can be used to support evidence based practice is the PRocess modelling in IpleMEntation research (PRIME theory) . It is a concept made to construct and test instruments, to measure and operationalize concepts from a carefully selected set of behavior change theories, then test the relationship between the concepts as theorized and the amount of change observed in the specific areas under study.
It helps to know the significance of evidence and the relevance for making it as a practice. Use of this theory is very helpful when the targeted action takes place in an organization with multiple and complex factors affecting decision-making processes, which characterizes almost any health care organization.
