Are you surprised to learn that repeat victimization is likely to recur quickly?
I’m surprised to learn that repeat victimization occur quickly. One of the major reasons that I think for this phenomenon is that the self-confidence and the self-esteem of the victim would have been affected by the first incident thus they would be still in the post traumatic stress disorder. They would feel disowned and not worthy of living a normal life. This low self-confidence would prevent them from raising any objection to further victimization. This is also because they would feel powerless because once they were not able to fight someone who abused them, so they would think that they wouldn’t be able to resist anyone anymore.

You hypothesize that prisoners who did not witness sexual victimization will have lower TSC score than prisoners who did witness sexual victimization. Below are the data that...
It is very useful to learn to estimate the answers to science and engineering problems quickly, without doing detailed calculations. As an example, consider a car moving at 3 MPH that hits a brick wall. A "good" bumper should bring the car to a stop in about 2 inches. Estimate the weight of a typical car, and figure this out, making the simple assumption that the force (and thus the acceleration) is constant. The force is about? Explain you answer...
