Almost every organization are including patient experience as one of the categories in it because of the importance of that in the final output. Patient engagement is considered a vital part of the healthcare quality measure. It includes the measure of timely appointments and meditation, quality of interaction with physicians and other healthcare providers etc.

Positive feedback from patients is so crucial for the organization to exist. Patient satisfaction differs largely from patient experience. Well-trained physicians, advanced technologies, avoiding unnecessary treatments, good communications with the patient are some of the pivotal factors leads to patient satisfaction. As patient satisfaction is contributing to the major part of the quality measures, healthcare organizations are always paying attention to this category.
