2) a) The objective and subjective burdens : the family burdens refers to al the difficulties and challenges experienced by families as a consequences of someones illness, and certain elements of family health profile and its perceived burden on the individuals themselves appears related to risk of personal incidence of mental health problems within the individuals themselves for moral and economic reasons further research to understand the dynamics of these relationships is essential to aid developing initiatives to protect and support the mental health and wellbeing of relatives of ill individuals. b)The janets parents will be troubled because of her mental illness and finances etc and also it may effect the other children and futher of the janet and the younger and older sibiling will also be troubled by this illness and consequences there are seeing in the janet . 3) a) In this case the women is suffering with bipolar disorder which is causing dramatic shifts in the mood and energy and there is also shift in the ability to think clearly and so her family involvement is needed because they can understand her sickness and help her in every aspect of her illness and also help her to come out of the illness. b)family health consultants able to recognize and respond sensitively to any potential concerns regarding patients social and emotional development, when problems arises the family consultation can be a valuable resources and it also facilitate support and planning so that the family members will be strengthened to face the situation in the family member with illness.family therapy is a type of pschyological counselling thant can help family members improve communications and it is provided by a psychologist, clinical social worker or licensed therapist, in this the family therapy is short term and treament plan depends on the family situation and it can teach the skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times . d)the role of the nurse as a family consultant primary role is to provide potential interventions, available resources, possible measures and outcomes at key stages in the disease progression, interventions and needs assessments implemented throughout all stages of mental illness.( time is not sufficent to complete the given questions).
