About the profession: Nursing is a very crucial essential facet of healthcare nowadays in united states in which elevating multicultural race and population that imposes an important challenge to health care practicing nurses to ensure and in providing essential holistic care to patients.

Goals: To excel in the field of nursing by providing the appropriate health care services while maintaining proper ethical based research on patient treatment data to improve good public health outcomes.

Plans made towards the goals:

1. Care and disease assessment associated treatment assessment improve outcome. Registered nurses (RNs) must be self-esteemed in collecting from patients and they must implement the proper diagnosis plant along with physicians.

Interdisciplinary team-primary nursing model: In this aspect, patients are cared in the absence of nurses and also provide health care with the help of an interdisciplinary team.

2. Maintaining proper ethical based research on patient treatment data will improve good public health outcomes. In case medical treatment is not working to the patient properly implementing “Do” step or the “Plan” step associated data collection and review is crucial to get better patient outcomes.

3. Registered nurses must develop potential self-care and risk for considerable self-concept can produce the potentially very good outcome.

4. Professional nurses are mainly ensured in taking and implementing the clinical decision in case the patient’s situation is worsening. RN s must responsible for making clinical decisions to take immediate action when a patient's condition worsens.
