Weight of the dog =12 kgs .

Maintenance fluid at the rate of 50 ml per kg .

Strength of drug = 1.8 mg per kg .

Dose rate is 2mg per kg

So , here We need to multiply the weight and drug dose

12x 2 = 24 mg

So 24 mg is need to be added for the dog .
