Drug contains 1 ml = 2 mg, multiply by 18, so we will get

18 ml = 36 mg.

Dog has to receive 6mg/kg/day, dog weight is 6 kg, so we have to infuse 36mg/day.

Thereby we have to add 18 ml volume of drug should be added to the fluid bag .
