The develoment of gender norms , responsiblity and their own identities is really significant . Male and female have their own social responsiblity . Only such personal traits bring such difference in their gender role. One basis of gender , men and women enjoy social position and reward . In social institution of family , women play most prominent role . Biologically women so caring that she can only proper nurture of her children . Women have marginal role in out side of home . Men play role as protector. Gender identity should not developed in such streotype way . A female children can develop interest in playing cricket. Gender norms defined as it is expected to act according to the gender the role. Traditionallly it has observed male will play role masculinity where female play role of "feminity " .
